Acupuncture really is an ancient solution to the modern problems lifestyle, environment, stress and personal activities cause. My family has lived in the Port Macquarie region for many years and I have recently returned after a few years on the Gold Coast. In my spare time I can be found on a board at Lighthouse Beach or spending time with my family.
