Meet Paul Seward, Senior Physiotherapist at the Hermitage Centre.
He founded Hastings Physio and Health and is still practising 40 years on. His clinical focus includes orthopaedic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and sports injuries.

When he's not at work, he's flying planes, foil surfing, or out mountain biking. Slowing down isn't really his thing.

Meet Tony McNamara, Senior Physiotherapist at our Lake Innes practice.

Tony is one of our most experienced physios on the team, with a huge depth of knowledge. His clinical focus includes sports injuries, men's health rehab, and musculoskeletal injuries.

Get him talking about cycling and he won't stop, he rides whenever and wherever he can. He'll happily tell you about his cycling, and he's musical too, he plays the trumpet. 🎺

Meet Ian Payne, Senior Physiotherapist at our Wauchope practice.

With 40 years in the field, his clinical focus includes chronic and complex pain, neck injuries, shoulder injuries, and workplace injuries. Ian has focused his career in understanding pain and the neurological, psychological and physical effects of pain.

Here's the thing though, he's still studying. Four decades in and he hasn't stopped learning.

When he's not at the clinic, he's got a cup of tea in hand watching the football (that's soccer, for anyone confused).

Meet Taylah Debreceny, Physiotherapist at our Hermitage Centre practice.

As a young athlete Taylah was exposed to physio early, so when a patient's injury is standing between them and their sport, she gets it .

These days her focus areas are knee injuries, lower back injuries, and pre and post-op rehab.

Outside work, she's normally at the barbell, competing in Olympic weightlifting.

Meet Erin Freeman our Lead Exercise Physiologist at Lake Innes and Wauchope.

With over 20 years of experience, including time at Diabetes Australia, her clinical focus includes exercise for mental health, diabetes management, weight loss, and she also takes our pilates classes.

Erin keeps a lolly stash with snakes are her go-to, and yes, she shares with us.

His clinical focus includes headaches and migraines, neck and back pain, and sports injury management. If you've been dealing with a headache or migraine that's slowing you down, Josh is worth seeing.

Outside the clinic, he lifts heavy (like really heavy) and is partial to a bit of retro Nintendo.
