✔️ Cover up with clothing, hats and sunglasses
✔️ Seek shade, especially between 10am–3pm
✔️ Avoid tanning and solarium use
✔️ Check your skin regularly for new or changing spots
✔️ Book a professional skin check if you notice anything that looks different, changing, or not healing
