Facial balance is rarely about treating one area in isolation.
This patient’s treatment plan focused on facial support, proportion and balance, based on her individual anatomy.
These images show the immediate appearance after treatment. At this stage, temporary swelling and other early post-treatment changes may still be present, so this should not be interpreted as the final result.
My approach is to assess how different areas of the face relate to one another before deciding where, or whether, treatment may be appropriate.
The treatment someone initially asks for is not always the treatment their anatomy indicates.
Every treatment plan is individual. Outcomes vary between patients and depend on anatomy, tissue characteristics, treatment choice and other factors.
Cosmetic procedures carry risks and limitations. An individual medical consultation is required to assess suitability and discuss potential benefits, risks, limitations, alternatives and the option of no treatment.
Patient consent obtained for use of these images for educational purposes.
This is one patient’s individual outcome and does not necessarily reflect what another person may experience.
