🦋 From a local conversation to international recognition — meet Susan Judd, founder of Hot, Foggy & Fabulous.

After nearly 20 years in HR, Susan noticed a pattern: many people struggling with performance at work were midlife women, and menopause was rarely spoken about. Then she went through it herself — brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety — and started asking other women if they felt the same. They did. That research became the foundation for what Hot, Foggy & Fabulous is today: a guided reflection journal, card deck, workplace resources, workshops and keynote presentations supporting women through this stage of life.

The recognition has followed fast — the Beam Social Change Maker Award, the Outstanding New Business Award at the Greater Port Macquarie Business Awards, and now a finalist spot in two categories of the International Book Awards.

But as Susan puts it: "What means the most is the trust women have placed in me by sharing their stories."
