Bliss Body and Soul is officially 4 years old! 🎉

Wow... where has the time gone? I honestly can't believe it's been four years since I opened the doors to Bliss Body and Soul.

What started as a dream has grown into something I'm incredibly proud of, and it's all thanks to each and every one of you.
To my amazing clients—thank you for trusting me, supporting my small business, recommending me to your family and friends, and allowing me to be part of your health and wellness journey. Your loyalty means more than you'll ever know.

I genuinely love what I do. Helping people manage their pain, recover, relax, unwind and feel their best never feels like "just a job." I feel so lucky that I get to do something I'm truly passionate about every single day.

Running a small business definitely has its challenges, but the connections I've made and the wonderful people I've met make it all worthwhile.

Here's to four incredible years, and many more to come!

Hello everyone 🤍

I just wanted to share a little update with you all, as I have a few things coming up over the next couple of months.

I’ll be attending a 2-day Cupping Workshop on the 5th & 6th of May, and then heading to Sydney from the 12th–15th of May.

I will also be taking a short break for a much-needed holiday from June 1st – June 15th 🌴🛩🍹

I just want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for your continued support. I am so incredibly grateful for how busy things have been!

With that being said, my next available appointments are now from July 30th onwards.
