ABOUT WBC:

WBC (Whole Body Cryotherapy) was first utilised in Japan in the early 1970’s by Dr. Yamaguchi to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis and Inflammatory Joint Diseases. With WBC, the body is exposed to ultra-low temperatures (-150°C to -190°C) for less than 3 minutes.
