Sonya and Ian have respectively 22 and 29 years of Remedial Massage knowledge and are still learning. They are both qualified lecturers and offer a very high standard of patient care. All treatments are covered through Health Funds. Treatments offered are Soft and Deep Tissue Massage, Neuro Kinetic Therapy (NKT), Physical Assessment of body, muscle testing for imbalances, Myofascial Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping and Sports taping.

just a little soNai update… we finished up our travels in Scotland at some highland games and having a wondeeful visit with Ians relatives in Lossiemouth. We then met up with some Brissy friends and enjoyed 4 days of Rebellion Punk festival in Blackpool, as well as an air show. Now in Ireland enjoying the sights, and had a fantastic night seeing Oasis 🇮🇪🍀💚. We have Riley working this week and next week if you need a treatment… we both do!

Hi, I’m Emma – a qualified massage therapist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in remedial massage, dry needling, cupping, lymphatic work, hot stone relaxation, and reflexology. I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies through evidence-informed, client-focused treatments that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (Osteopathic Studies), expanding my understanding of anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy techniques to better support the long-term health and movement of my clients.
