New artist’s impressions have been unveiled for the $630 million redevelopment of our hospital.

They show the proposed five-storey clinical services building, which will seamlessly connect with the existing hospital through a welcoming new main entry and convenient drop-off area.

The building is expected to include a new and expanded Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Medical Imaging, operating theatres and inpatient units.

Early works are underway to prepare the campus for redevelopment and include the expansion of existing car parking areas.

These works will be completed in coming months and will enable the future construction of a new 460-space multi-storey car park.

More information on the redevelopment is available at https://www.haveyoursay.nsw.gov.au/fairfield-hospital-redevelopment
