There is so much illness going around at the moment, and it certainly hasn’t missed my boys and I 🤧 To protect you from catching our relentless cough, I have decided to close Highlands until late next week... to be on the safe side. It’s Sunday. Perhaps it’s your only day off? You’d love to engage in some mindfulness or relaxation for your self care… but you don’t know how 😖

The mere pressure of trying to think of how to achieve that… is actually more stressful than if you weren’t even doing it in the first place 😩

You’re going in blind. Yoga? Meditation? Stretching? Creative works? Even if you settle on one… how do you even begin to do that? Just google blindly, hoping to stumble on something? It’s too much. So you don’t do anything.

I’ve been a little lost lately. Well… not so much lost… but feeling an undeniable pull towards change and movement towards my deeply authentic self… while also being hesitant, unsure, and scared to make that change. What contradicting emotions to try and navigate 🫤

Have you felt that shift as well? It seems the last two weeks have had a strong universal energy that’s been evident to a lot of us.

Those I’ve spoken to lately seem to be feeling this pull as well, and have seemingly ‘clicked’ into another timeline, of sorts. Whether you believe in such things or not… that’s the language I’m choosing to explain myself with today.
