We often get asked what the difference is between a remedial massage vs. a relaxation massage.
While both massage types can help you feel better, their goals differ.
Remedial massage targets specific areas of pain, tension, injury, or stiffness to help reduce discomfort, improve movement, and support recovery.
If your extras cover includes remedial massage, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurance.
Relaxation massage focuses on helping you unwind with gentle, flowing techniques. It's usually a full body massage designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation vs. remedial which is more targeted.
Which one is right for you?
💆🏽♀️Choose remedial massage if you're experiencing aches, pains, stiffness, headaches, or recovering from an injury.
💆🏼Choose relaxation massage if you're looking to de-stress, ease general muscle tension, or simply need a little TLC.
We currently have a special 25% off promo for your first 60 min remedial or relaxation massage. This can be booked via the link in our bio.
