Hi everyone! I’m Nella and I’m a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer 🏋🏽‍♀️who will be heading out to Quilpie in the month of August! Yay! I offer a range of different massage techniques such as deep tissue, tripper point massage, relaxation to name a few while also providing assistance with stretching and strength 🏋️exercises when needed.
