Caring Hands Community Support Services was pleased to take part in a Support at Home awareness session with Club 60 at Tarneit Community and Learning Centre.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with community members, share information about Support at Home and aged care services, and discuss how the right support can help older Australians live safely and independently at home.

Thank you to the organisers and everyone who joined us and contributed to this meaningful session. Together, we can build awareness and help older Australians and their families make informed choices about their care.
