Beach YOGA at Redcliffe Margate Beach Yoga at Suttons beach Redcliffe. You are welcome to join us, beginners-intermediate levels. Options for your level. Families welcome. 7 classes a week.

We catch the sunrise in the winter, it’s so worth it www.monicabatiste.com.au We meet near Suttons Beach Pavillion restaraunt on the lovely green grass in the shade in the summer and in the sun in the winter. In a light sprinkle we might go under the rotunda, but in the rain we go to Monica’s art gallery and yoga studio. Timetable

I woke up in the dark and cold and asked myself, Why?
I know why. I am committed! (In a good way)
I get to my car and put the seat warmer on…. Oh bliss… I love this feature.
I arrived at the beach for yoga. Friends already there waiting for me.
It is fresh.
We move.
We start to feel warmer.
We laugh.
We balance.
We are in alignment.

The SUN ROSE and it was golden light and bright. Our bodies responded. Our spirits shifted.

And I am grateful that commitment gets me out of bed, and for that I am blessed with movement, sunshine and friends.

Thank you friends. I am here because of you. I heart you. ♥️
