🙋‍♂️ VOLUNTEERS NEEDED THIS SATURDAY! 🙋‍♀️

We’re looking for a few more legends to help complete the Redcliffe parkrun volunteer roster for this Saturday, 24 October!

We still need:

🤝 Finish Token Support (FILLED)
🦺 Marshal
📱 Barcode Scanners x 3 FILLED)
🚶 parkwalker (FILLED)
📸 Photographer

Whether you’re a regular volunteer or thinking about giving it a go for the first time, we’d love to have you on board!

No experience necessary — all roles are easy to learn, and we’ll show you everything you need to know on the morning.

Remember, parkrun is only possible because of our volunteers, so if you haven’t volunteered for a while, this could be your week to give something back! 💙

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Redcliffe parkrun #447 – 17 October 2026

🌬️ Well, that was a wild one! 🌧️

The wind certainly made its presence felt on the Redcliffe foreshore this morning! Thankfully, the rain held off for the first 40 minutes before joining the party, making conditions pretty tough for both participants and volunteers.

Despite the challenging weather, 152 hardy souls braved the elements to run, jog and walk our beautiful 5km course. 👏

We welcomed 23 first timers to Redcliffe, including Samara Budic, who completed her very first parkrun! What a morning to make your debut! 🌱
