✨Amelia — Our New AI Virtual Receptionist! ✨
We’re excited to announce that we have introduced an AI virtual receptionist for our clinic, her name is ‘Amelia’. She has not replaced anyone as we never had a receptionist in the first place, purely designed to to help ensure your calls are answered promptly and your enquiries are handled efficiently when we are with patients or when we are not in the clinic and at home with our kiddies

📞 Answering incoming calls
📅 Managing appointment bookings and changes
❓ Responding to simple questions and general enquiries
⏰ Providing support when our team is busy helping patients
While Amelia is here to make accessing our services easier, we know that sometimes you might prefer to speak with a person too
