One of the greatest compliments we can receive is when a patient recommends us to a friend or family member.

Every referral, every kind word, and every recommendation means so much to our team. Not only because it helps our practice grow, but because it tells us that you've felt cared for, listened to, and supported on your health journey.

Santosha has always been built on community. We're incredibly grateful for the trust you place in us and for the way you continue to share that trust with the people around you.

To our wonderful patients, thank you. Thank you for choosing us, supporting us, and helping us grow through word of mouth.

We truly couldn't do it without you. 💜

🚨 MOST PEOPLE FAIL THIS TEST WITHOUT KNOWING IT

A simple 30-second movement screen has been linked to a 6× difference in mortality risk.

Before you keep scrolling, try this:

1️⃣ Stand upright.
2️⃣ Sit down on the floor cross-legged.
3️⃣ Stand back up again.

The catch?

Try not to use your hands, knees, elbows, or forearms for support.

Now score yourself.

⭐ Start with 10 points.
➖ Lose 1 point each time you use a hand, knee, elbow, or forearm.
➖ Lose 0.5 points for any loss of balance or wobble.

This is called the Sitting-Rising Test.

Research involving more than 2,000 adults found that people scoring 0–3 had approximately six times the mortality risk of those scoring 8–10.

Why is it so powerful?

Because it measures multiple aspects of health at once:

✅ Strength
✅ Mobility
✅ Balance
✅ Coordination

Rather than testing a single body system, it gives a snapshot of how well your body functions as an integrated whole.

The best part?

Your score isn't fixed.

Improvements in strength, balance, hip mobility, ankle mobility, and functional movement can significantly improve your result over time.

👉 Give it a try today.

What's your score out of 10?

Drop it in the comments below and let us know how you went.

Educational information only. Individual results vary and movement ability should always be interpreted in the context of age, injury history, and overall health.

We’ve all heard the warning: “Don’t pick them up too much — you’ll spoil them.”
But a long‑term study tells a very different story.

In the 1960s, researchers from Duke, Harvard, and Brown Universities observed 482 mothers and their 8‑month‑old babies. During a lab visit, trained observers rated how affectionate and responsive the mothers were — from low to average to very high levels of warmth and closeness.

About 35 years later, those same babies — now adults — were followed up and assessed for emotional wellbeing.

What they found: Adults who experienced higher levels of maternal affection at 8 months showed significantly lower emotional distress, especially lower anxiety, compared to those who received less warmth.

In other words, the babies who were often warned they might be “spoiled” by love… became some of the most emotionally well‑adjusted adults.
💛

Keep “spoiling” your children with love, affection, responsiveness, and connection — not material things. Love doesn’t spoil children. It supports them for life.

Find a little more balance through life’s hormonal changes with Duelle Balancing Cream 🤍

It works with natural plant extracts that support the body’s own hormone balance, including progesterone and oestrogen pathways.

The key active ingredients include Diosgenin from wild yam, and Genistein and Daidzein from soy — all plant-derived compounds traditionally used to support hormonal wellbeing.

A simple, natural option to help support your body through transition, so you can feel more like yourself again ✨
