Ever wondered about the benefits of spending time in nature?

Join Carolyn - who runs Nature Therapy Walks at Edgar's Creek for a 60-minute discussion on the benefits of Nature Therapy Walks.

Nature Therapy is a guided ongoing preventative health practice originating in Japan. Carolyn will cover topics such as key scientific studies and how much is a good dose of nature.

Attendees will also have the opportunity for questions at the end of the talk.

This is a free event held at NECCHi Newlands
