FEAR by definition is anxiety about the future or UNKNOWN... that emotion is gripping our planet at the moment.

The opposite is CALMNESS. We are calm often when we are certain and when we KNOW our PATH forward. I KNOW one thing for certain.........

1) Eat nutritious foods and supplement where necessary
2) Move regualrly & differently
3) Find some calmness in your mind - meditate, etc
4) Get adequate sleep
5) Socialise where you can (social distancing is not isolation... yet)
6) Get adjusted - Healthy nervous system, healthy you
