Magnesium glycinate, not oxide. It's chelated to an amino acid, so it absorbs properly and won't wreck your gut. Cheap magnesium is usually oxide, and that only has about 4% absorption, so it's way less effective. Vitamin D3, not D2, converts to the active form your body actually uses. 1,000 to 2,000 IU daily, with a meal. These aren't the most expensive things on this shelf.
