Please park smart at the studio.

Horse floats need a lot of space to move, so please avoid parking along the driveway, behind the toilets and along the back wall.

When possible, please park in the first car park. It is fine to double park as everyone usually leaves at the same time.
In the second carpark, please park along the paddock fenceline or on the little island under the tree.

It's back!

Our popular once-a-month Yin Yoga & Full Sound Shower is returning, and you are invited to join us.

This special class with Megan and Karen combines 60 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga with the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments.

As you settle into long, supported Yin postures, the calming vibrations help quiet the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
You'll also receive an individual sound treatment, making this a truly immersive and nurturing experience.

💙 These events are free for members, but they do sell out, so be sure to book your place early.

Congratulations, Andrea & Paul!

A huge congratulations to Andrea and Paul on graduating from the Ahimsa Hot Yoga 350 hour Teacher Training!
Your dedication and commitment to learning has been inspiring to witness, and Megan and Martin are so proud of everything you've achieved.

But the journey doesn't end here, it's just the beginning.

Starting this week, Andrea and Paul will be teaching our Community Classes every Wednesday and Friday.

These classes are a wonderful opportunity to support our newest teachers as they build their experience in an encouraging environment.

Please help us congratulate Andrea and Paul as they begin this exciting new chapter. We can't wait to watch you both flourish as teachers!

As our Yoga Teacher Training graduates, Andrea and Paul, step into the rewarding experience of leading classes, we're running free community classes to support them on their teaching journey.

For our community, it's a chance to enjoy a free class while helping create a supportive space for new teachers to grow. Your presence, encouragement, and smiles mean more than you know.
