Our Bone Health Class is a small group strength, impact and balance program supervised by James, designed to help improve bone density, reduce fracture risk and build stronger bones for the years ahead. Classes run on Monday and Thursday mornings. An initial assessment is required to get started.

A persistent injury that hasn't responded to treatment is one of the most common reasons people come to us for a second opinion.

We have a particular focus on difficult and long term injuries. Many of Melbourne's specialists and consultants send their patients our way when nothing else has worked.

A second opinion appointment includes a thorough assessment to understand what's actually driving the problem, a clear explanation of why it's been so hard to resolve, and a plan for what to do next.

Available in-clinic on Bridge Rd or via telehealth. Bookings online, link in comments.

We're excited to introduce Giacomo "G" Taddei, a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist, taking appointments from next week.

Originally from Rome and in Melbourne since 2017, he brings a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (ACU) and a clinical focus on lower-limb biomechanics, functional movement and athletic performance, shaped by his own background in soccer, skiing, tennis, running and water polo.

He uses evidence-based techniques like deep tissue and sports massage, myofascial release, cupping and dry needling to ease tension and improve movement. Alongside his focus on the lower body, he also treats back, shoulder and neck concerns.

Outside the clinic, he works with the Melbourne Unicorns (Rugby), East Bentleigh Soccer Club and Melbourne Ice (Hockey).

Book online or call reception on 9882 2020.

Our Director, Prof Christian Barton, joined the Joint Action podcast to unpack the blind spots in osteoarthritis research: who has and hasn't been represented in the evidence, and what that means for the people we see in the clinic.

Worth a listen if you manage knee OA, or live with it. Link in the comments.
