I've often had people say to me "you should do a podcast".

So when I met Scotty M on LinkedIn last year and he said "we should do a podcast together", I said yes!

"Men, Women and Happiness" is finally ready to share!

In this, our very first episode of Men Women and Happiness - we explain why we started this podcast, what we would like it to achieve and how we wish it to serve you, our listeners.

With open, honest and free flowing conversation we hope to inform, sometimes educate or entertain, and always open the mind!

After some soul searching and letting go, I have decided to shut down this page.

You may notice that I don't actually post here too much, as most of what I post is on my personal business page.

I still see clients from my home office or via zoom, however the RIVERSTONE office is now CLOSED.

It's been so long since we did a live, in person workshop! But Kim Tiong and I have banded together to bring to you this beautiful workshop "Rebuilding Trust"

Trust, it's so important to our sense of wellbeing and happiness. ❤️
Without trust there can be no relationship. 😢

Trust with the other, and trust with yourself.

If your trust has been broken this workshop could be right for you. By taking some time to reflect, and really heal, you are taking steps towards a happier you.

Rebuilding trust is not just about starting over, it's about feeling safe in a world where there is so much going on, anxiety is high, depression is high, and the ability to trust is becoming more allusive.

Many people feel so isolated and alone during the separation process.

Ive had many clients say to me, “Leanne, I’ve had friends go through this and I honestly didn’t appreciate how bad it was, I feel so bad I didn’t get it”.

The reality is until you go through it it really is hard to fully get it.

Your whole life is changing.

Your home, your security, your hopes and dreams. All different now.

But, that doesn’t mean that people out there do not understand!
