Hello Happiness HelloHappiness is a place to go for clarity around what your body wants and needs to achieve and maintain wellbeing in everyday life.

The name has now been changed from Tactum Health to Hello Happiness. Tactum Health combines the sciences of Naturopathy and the energetic balance of Kinesiology for better and faster results. Here's why:

Naturopathy is the combination of utilising herbs, nutritionals, food as medicine, homeopathy and/or flower essences to bring the body back to balance.

Kinesiology is the therapy of asking

your body where the major stress is with an indicator muscle and then balancing via Traditional Chinese Medicine system of the meridians.

Naturopathy is the science of assessing the body wholistically and advising how to rebalance it. Where as Kinesiology IS balancing the body via the meridians. Therefore by combining the two the body IS balanced and then the naturopathic recommendations help to maintain the new balance.

What a year it's been! Are you feeling the burn out?

Instead of reaching for another coffee try a couple of slices of fresh ginger as tea. You can add lemon and/or honey as extra flavour.
It's great for cold days! Ginger increases circulation, which makes it "warming" for us. It's great for digestion, has anti-inflammatory compounds, soothes nausea and is great for period pain or other muscular pains.
And it's easy!

Just add boiled water to 1-3 thin slices in your favourite big mug and let brew for 3-5 minutes. You can also re-use the ginger by adding more boiled water.

Note: ginger in large doses can thin the blood, but is unlikely in food-as-medicine doses (10g + of dried ginger).
