These will again be a small retreat with max of 7 in a shared house.

Looks like we're down to the last room!

The private room has now been secured, which means there's just one twin-share room left for my "Great Escape Retreat" at The Haven (8-10 August).

This room is perfect if you'd like to come away with a friend, sister, mum or daughter. 🌿

A couple of days to slow down with yoga, good food, relaxation, massage, a few laughs, and absolutely no pressure to do anything except enjoy yourself.

I’ve been thinking lately that we could all do with a little more good stuff in our day.

So I’ve created a new community called Finding the Good.

It’s along the lines of a gratitude group, but without taking itself too seriously.

A place to share life’s little wins, grateful moments, holiday countdowns, beautiful sunsets, funny stories, photos, good news and all those everyday things that make us smile.

I’ve set it up outside of Facebook, so it’s a bit quieter and away from all the usual noise.

Because there’s enough doom and gloom out there already. Let’s give the good stuff a turn.

A quick little retreat update…

The Haven Retreat (8-10 August 2026) is now down to:
• 1 private room
• 1 twin-share room

Pumpkin Island (14-17 May 2027) has:
• 1 triple-share cottage
• 1 five-person cottage remaining

AND Sri Lanka (18-29 September 2027)
The first Sri Lanka retreat sold out, so I’ve gone ahead and opened a second trip. There are already 10 spots taken, which has been pretty exciting to see.

Whether it’s a weekend away, a few days on an island, or a couple of weeks exploring Sri Lanka, there’s something for everyone.

If you’ve ever thought about joining me on a retreat, now might be a good time to reach out.

I don’t really put my retreats out there for everyone these days. If one has caught your eye, send me a message and we can have a chat. I’ll answer any questions and make sure it’s the right fit before sending through all the details.

Payment plans are available across all retreats, making it a little easier to spread things out. Sri Lanka offers a 12-month plan, Pumpkin Island an 8-month plan, and The Haven is split into two payments.

Life’s busy. Sometimes the best thing you can do is put something lovely in the calendar. 💕
