So many hours I have spent walking, running, meditating and photographing in this beautiful place, a place that so many of my friends frequent, for this sickening event to take place and this beautiful young woman and her loved ones to now have to recover from. Reclaim this space, reach out to anyone that might be struggling, stand united against violence 🧡

This walk is about standing together in love, strength, and solidarity with a young woman in our community who has experienced an unthinkable act of violence over the weekend.

We are coming together to show that she is not alone — and that our community will always choose care, safety, and support.

Bring along your support team — friends, family, prams, partners — and walk beside us as we hold space, send strength, and stand united against violence.

This is a quiet show of togetherness, compassion, and hope.
Every step is a reminder: we see you, we believe you, and we stand with you.

It was such a pleasure to provide massage for the runners at the Mystery Park Trail Festival hearing their stories and being there to congratulate them on milestones!
CapRescue are such a fundamental backbone supporting regions throughout QLD, helping to raise funds for this incredible service is undoubtedly a highlight for me!

Why is choosing a Massage Therapist sometimes a difficult choice?

Plain and simple...you want results, you want to feel safe, heard, valued and nurtured. You also want a therapist that will confidently assess your needs and aim to deliver the required outcome.

Things to keep in mind:
Injuries that have not rehabilitated
Lifestyle Factors
Length between massages

There is also your reasoning for attending....stress, fatigue, depression, anxiety, injury, muscle tension, pain, maintenance

My clients have achieved results because of the trust they put in me, as their therapist, to build a treatment plan just for them, this takes communication and some forward planning. I aim to educate clients on listening to and understanding their bodies....the body knows what the mind is sometimes ignoring!

And of course if you just want pure indulgent relaxation, what could be better than massage?

It is with much sadness that I announce, as of 1st July, Evolving Wellness CQ will close its doors.

This business has been a labour of love for 8 years since I first chose to study massage, it is without doubt one of my greatest passions.

Words can't fully express the gratitude I have for the relationships that have been formed with clients and colleagues over these years.

Anyone who is booked in after the 1st will be contacted directly by myself to discuss arrangements for these appointments. If you have a gift voucher I urge you to use it before the 1st of July.

This has not been an easy decision and I hope one day I will be in a position to continue working with my dream, to expand the business beyond what I have achieved so far.
But for now, I need to take a side step and navigate my way through my next chapter.

Massage Therapy is for everyone.

Finding a Therapist you trust and feel comfortable with is an important aspect of the treatment. My clients will often tell me how at ease they feel with me during the consultation stage, treatment and post care. This builds an understanding of each individual clients needs rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.

New clients will find that their initial treatment will differ from 3 or 4 treatments in as we establish the treatment plan that best suits your physical, mental and emotional needs.

If you haven't been in for a Massage yet, now is the time to start a plan. Give yourself the best in health and wellbeing by adding massage to your routine.
