June is here, which means tax time is around the corner.

If you are looking for somewhere to direct your end of financial year giving, Walk n Talk is a registered charity. Every dollar donated before 30 June is tax deductible and stays in CQ, supporting the men who need someone in their corner.

One off donations. Weekly support. Workplace giving... Every pathway is clear and easy on the website.

Talk to your accountant. Talk to us. Talk to a mate.

Then make it count.

โš™๏ธ๐Ÿง  Kind and Curious: What Fidgeting Can Teach Us About the Brain
Jo joins the Beyond DIstracted podcast to share the journey from creating sensory tools for Kai at home, to building something that now supports thousands of neurodivergent people across different stages of life and regulation needs.

The episode explores ADHD, sensory seeking, imposter syndrome, regulation, and the complexity of navigating a world that is not always designed with neurodivergent nervous systems in mind.

At the heart of the podcast is something many people may relate to: what changes when we stop viewing ourselves as โ€œtoo muchโ€ or โ€œwrong,โ€ and start approaching our needs with curiosity and understanding instead. *Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion around self harm and related behaviours.
