Being a local organisation, we are rich in knowledge and networks that have been developed over

many years of providing services and working in collaboration with our community. is a not-for-profit organisation, offering support to any person with a disability aged from 7-65 years. We we are always striving to improve the quality of life of the people we support and foster their independence. We pride ourselves on matching the right lifestyle support workers with the right participants. We embrace all people with disabilities and provide support ranging from personal care through to high and complex needs.

• Provide person centred support to individuals in their homes and the community
• Assist participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence
• Support daily living activities, community participation and social engagement
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated support team

What We're Looking For:
• A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability support (desirable)
• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
