Our team is growing and we are searching for people who make the best Support Workers.

06/09/2026

Choosing an NDIS support worker is not just a service decision — it’s a moment of trust. You’re opening your home, your routines, your hopes, and sometimes your hardest days to another human being.

If your supports don’t feel right, you can expect better. You are allowed to choose someone who lifts you up rather than someone who weighs you down.

Your life, your safety, your joy.

👉 Listen to your instincts
👉 Speak up for what you need
👉 Choose the person who makes you feel safe, understood, and supported

Live Free Support Services understands this.

We have intentionally selected our Support Workers to be diverse in age, cultural background, personality and in skills. We believe that if you feel connected to your Support Worker, you will feel better, do better and be better.

Talk to us today if your supports don't feel right and let us support you better. You can phone/text us on 0413 919 444 or email [email protected].

Support workers don't come in one size!

Meet Bill and Kahlia—proof that great support comes in all shapes, sizes and personalities!

The best support isn't about finding any support worker... it's about finding the right one. We match people based on personalities, interests and connection, because that's when the magic happens.

Different people. Different strengths. Perfect matches.

✨ Freestyle Theatre Show Night – What a Night! 🎭
Last Thursday night was nothing short of incredible at our Freestyle Theatre Show Night!

We kicked things off in a truly special way, with participant and cast member Gen leading a calming Body Scan Meditation for the audience, such a beautiful moment to ground everyone and set the tone for the evening.

From there, the energy lifted as we got everyone up on their feet, jumping into some of our interactive theatre games. These activities are all about self-regulation and teamwork, and it was fantastic to see the audience laughing, connecting, and getting involved in such a fun way.

Then came the main event… 🌊⚓ Our show, “Scallywags and Sea Rats”, took to the stage and wow! The cast and crew did an amazing job bringing their story to life. There were plenty of laughs, big moments, and well-earned applause throughout the performance.
We are so proud of everyone who was involved. It truly was a night filled with confidence, creativity, connection, and joy. 💙

Thank you to everyone who came along and supported, what a fantastic night! 👏
