As most of you may know my procedure had been post poned. It is now scheduled for Wed 07Oct. I will be out of action and taking some time to recover until Mon 26Oct.
Brookes classes will still be on. Mon & Wed at 530pm.
Be sure to get your mat time scheduled with Brooke.

As disappointing as this might be for me, I'm glad to inform you that my classes are NOT cancelled for the proposed dates Wed16Sep - Wed07Oct and I will reinstate all the classes on the booking system.
My procedure has been postponed for now and I will notify everyone as and when I receive a new date.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience this might have caused you. ALL classes will operate as per usual.

⚠️ATTENTION!!! IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT⚠️

Hello everyone,
I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. ALL CLASSES with SULEKHA are CANCELLED Wed16Sep - Wed07Oct.
Brooke's classes Mon & Wed 530pm will still be on.

I am undergoing a much-awaited procedure and will need lots of rest after. Once I am reviewed I may be able to return to regular light classes with minimal movement. However, this may change so I will keep everyone posted.

Looking forward to the next 2 weeks of practise with everyone. 🥰

A beautiful weekend away with beautiful people 🧡
Such a wonderful way to spend time doing what you love the most. We didn't get alot of mat time but we sure got plenty of time to spend with ourselves.
