No previous experience is required.

Good evening everyone,
I have an exciting pop-up class coming up.

Meet Elena a breathwork & yoga instructor from Italy, who is currently visiting Rockhampton for a short while and would love to share her practise with everyone. ❤ Be sure to book your space in

A little about Elena:
Elena is a breathwork instructor and a yoga teacher coming from Italy. She practices strong and calming breathing techniques that will help rebalancing your nervous system, energizing, relaxing the body and mind, discovering stillness.
Elena has completed her 200hr YTT (yoga teacher training) in India at an ashram, to discover the authenticity of the origin of yoga and has completed her breathwork instructor certificate with one of the world’s leading Pranayama and Breathwork teachers. She is excited to share her passion for breathwork and movement and help support others to find their connection to oneself through her guidance.

About the class: Elena will guide you through some initial gentle preparatory movements, then breathwork. Following with some flow movement mixed with hatha and vinyasa and finishing with a lovely final relaxation.

What to bring?
- A yoga mat (spares available)

$10 cash for the class and pay on the day
