✨ A Little Check-In ✨

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.

Life has been full, busy, and at times a little overwhelming, so social media has taken a back seat. But even during the hectic moments, my passion for supporting others through sound healing and spiritual connection hasn’t changed.

I’ve still been holding space, sharing the healing power of sound, and connecting with some beautiful souls along the way.

I’m also grateful to continue offering Full Moon gatherings and workshop days with Soul Sister Rising. These events are always a reminder of how powerful it is when we come together with intention, connection, and an open heart.

Thank you for being here, whether you’ve been following since the beginning or have only recently found this space.

Chakra tuning forks each hold their own unique frequency, designed to work with the body’s energy centres.

By introducing these frequencies, we can gently support balance, release stagnant energy, and guide the nervous system into a calmer, more regulated state.

Sound is subtle… but deeply powerful 🤍

I use these within my sessions to support deeper rest and alignment.

This weekend I spent time immersed in sound, learning, resting, connecting and growing.

There is something special about being in a space with people who are all there to learn, share and deepen their practice. I left feeling inspired, grounded and so grateful for this path I’m on.

I’m also really excited to share that I completed my Sound Heals Mastery Certification over the weekend. I love learning and deepening my knowledge so I can hold even better spaces for the beautiful people who come to my sessions.

My heart is full 🤍

Everyone’s nervous system is different, and what feels calming for one person might not for another.
Learning what helps you come back to calm is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

For me, it’s the ocean every time 🌊
