Through multidimensional energy work, Alexandra facilitates the flow of higher frequencies from Divine Source through the entire being transcending timelines, dimensions, and the multiverse.

At Wellbeing Spot, you can explore a range of approaches designed to support greater balance, relaxation, awareness and wellbeing.

From Kinesiology and Reiki to ThetaHealing®, Regeneration Healing, intuitive healing and other energy-based modalities, each practitioner brings their own experience, techniques and way of working.

Some approaches are gentle and deeply relaxing.
Some explore subconscious beliefs and patterns.
Some work with the body’s energetic systems.
