That’s Yogalates.

We combine the gentle stretch, movement and mindfulness of yoga with the strength-building benefits of Pilates — giving your body a beautiful all-round workout without needing to go full bootcamp.

Expect to:

Someone arriving a little unsure and leaving with a huge smile.
People trying something they have never experienced before.
Conversations at the front desk that somehow turn into exactly the conversation someone needed that day.
People browsing books.
Practitioners sharing ideas.
Laughter coming from rooms.
Quiet coming from rooms.
People taking an hour for themselves.
It may look like a little wellness centre from the outside but there's a whole lot of life happening inside these walls!
