Not sure what type of exercise is right for you? That's where an Exercise Physiologist can help.

Whether you're looking to build strength, return to movement after an injury, manage a health condition or simply feel more confident being active, exercise doesn't need to look the same for everyone.

Exercise Physiologists use their knowledge of exercise and health to develop an approach based on your individual needs, abilities and goals, helping you find movement that feels achievable and appropriate for you.

Our Exercise Physiologist Kealey works with people across a range of ages, abilities and health needs to help make movement a positive part of everyday life.

Our Western Queensland Right Care Right Place team recently travelled to Melbourne for the RCRP All-Site Planning Day, bringing project teams together from across the country for a day of collaboration, reflection and planning.

Irma, Abby, Emily and the team joined RCRP colleagues from North West Melbourne, Alice Springs, Darwin and Adelaide, along with the NEDC team, to reflect on the progress made so far and look ahead to the next two years of funding.

Throughout the day, teams shared experiences from their regions, discussed challenges and lessons learned, and explored approaches that are making a positive impact in their local communities. It was a valuable opportunity to learn from one another and ensure that local experiences and insights continue to help shape the direction of the program nationally.

The day also provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships between sites, build new connections and align on the shared priorities for the next phase of Right Care Right Place.

Our team returned to Western Queensland with fresh ideas, stronger connections and plenty to take forward as we continue working to improve outcomes through the RCRP program.

And, of course, there was time for Abby, Emily and the team to enjoy breakfast together before the flight home! 💙💚

Every child is different, and the right support often comes from understanding how all the pieces fit together.

For many families, that can mean having both a Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist involved. While they may be working on different areas, sharing goals and strategies can help make support feel more connected and meaningful for the child and their family.

For Rebecca, working together is about more than individual sessions. It's about getting to know each child, understanding what matters to them and their family, and helping them build skills they can use in everyday life.

Sometimes the best progress happens when everyone is working towards the same goal. 💙💚
