Welcome to the team, Jessica! 💙🧡

Jessica graduated from RMIT University in 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) and Master of Osteopathy. After graduating, Jessica worked in Melbourne until deciding to call the Macedon Ranges home in 2019.

Jessica has a keen interest in pregnancy and rehabilitation within osteopathy, which led to further education and skills into the area of pelvic health. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge of current techniques and improving individual patient outcomes. She enjoys the dynamic challenges osteopathy brings and particularly enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.

When not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys being a mum to her two children, playing netball and catching up with friends and family over a long lunch.

Jessica is a registered osteopath with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a member of Osteopathy Australia (OA).

Jessica has completed further training in:

✅️ Pelvic health and pregnancy support with the Osteopathic Pelvic Health Institute of Australia
✅️ Polestar Pilates rehabilitation series
✅️ Paediatrics

It's a sad 'Ciao' (bye) for now to Atlas Osteopathy, and an exciting 'Ciao' (hello) to something new 👋❤️

After 4 great years practising osteopathy and more under my own business name, and with our little family expanding to 2 beautiful kids under 3, I've made the very difficult decision to retire Atlas Osteopathy for the time being, and leave the clinic space on Main Street in Romsey, so expertly led by the wonderful Camille at Mindful Health and Movement 🙏

I'll be forever grateful to Camille for allowing me to partner with her from the get-go as she pursued her own venture (can't recommend highly enough for others seeking a space in future), and also to all my patients for putting their trust in me over the years to support their health journey 🙌

This isn't goodbye from osteopathy though, or even from Romsey for that matter - keep your eye on socials and your ear to the ground, and you'll no doubt hear more soon about what's next for me 👀👂

✨The newest member of Atlas Osteopathy has arrived!✨

Sebastian came into the world at the start of October.🩵
He is fitting into our family beautifully and we are all besotted with him.

Thank you for all the well wishes, this mumma bear is doing great and definitely enjoying my family time together. 🥰

One little ball of energy and emotions just wasn't enough apparently... 🫣😬

Those who have come in for treatments from me this year may know that I've been gratefully (but also, exhaustingly) been carrying an internal assistant, due a little later this year, so now it's time to press pause once again on Atlas Osteopathy and focus on family 🙏

Thank you to everyone who has sent well wishes, given generous gifts, or been so understanding of a short-notice appointment change or cancellation through what has been a rough pregnancy at times. I feel really fortunate to have such stellar patients who continue to entrust me with their health, and such a kind landlord/co-clinician in Camille (Mindful Health and Movement) - I look forward to returning with less of a bump and probably less sleep hopefully at some point in 2026 😍

A lovely way to start off your week with a yoga class with Camille.

✨ Yoga is back! ✨

Join me on Tuesday nights for Yin Yoga, a deeply nourishing, slow moving practice that will leave you feeling grounded and connected with your body.
Classes will start on Tuesday the 7th of May at 7:30pm.

These classes are for everyone, and work within an individual’s capacity in an incremental way to improve health and well being and bring the student back into real connection with their body and mind.
