MAKE SPACE WITHIN.

The belly can hold more tension than we realise.

Fascial restrictions through the abdomen can contribute to a feeling of tightness and compression through the belly, diaphragm, hips and lower back. Through slow, intentional abdominal bodywork, we work to soften these tissues and create a greater sense of space and mobility through the centre of the body.

Gentle pressure and movement across the skin and abdominal tissues also provides input to the nervous system, helping the body soften and shift out of that held, braced state.

As the abdominal wall and surrounding fascia begin to release, you may notice your breath feels easier, your hips feel freer, your posture naturally becomes taller and tension through the lower back begins to ease.

Treatment type: Abdominal scar release Therapy or our Dynamic Lymph Detox

Everything is connected.

Nature is full of connective networks. Structures that hold, support, separate and weave everything together as one.

From the veins of a leaf to the delicate web of a smoke tree, we see echoes of the same interconnectedness that exists within our own bodies.

Our founder, Jessie, is back on the tools, post maternity leave 🤍

She’s opened up a small pocket of time to treat again, just enough to stay close to the work, without going full steam ahead.

A note from Jessie:

Hello beautiful humans, I’m so excited to be back in studio after spending 10 months snuggling my little boy, Rhodes. He’s absolute magic 🫶🏽

I’m now offering one treatment only:
The HEALING by Jessie

It’s everything I’ve always done, just without the labels. Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day, whether that’s lymphatic work, fascial release, scar support, lymph taping, cupping, needling, energy work or simply space to soften and reset.

You’ll find me:
Tuesdays — Rose Bay
Thursdays — Newport

Appointments will be released in 8-week blocks, with new spaces opening on the 1st of each month.

It already feels soo good to be back in the treatment room. Holla if you need a hand 🤚🏽

Bookings via the link in our bio.

Thank you for capturing us mid smooch 💋

Massage doesn’t just move muscles, it moves energy.

Everything you’ve been holding… stress, tension, emotion, the “I’ll deal with it later” moments, it lives somewhere in the body. Not just physically, but energetically too.

Through slow, intentional touch, we help shift what’s been sitting still for too long, softening the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space for things to move again.

Less heaviness. A body that feels lighter in every sense.
