Protein comes in all forms. 💪🏼
Yes, it’s an important part of our diet, but more isn’t always better. It’s about how much, the quality, and how it fits into your overall diet.
If you’re looking to lose weight while maintaining or building muscle, a good guide is around 1.2–1.5g protein per kg of ideal body weight.
And remember, more protein won’t automatically mean more muscle or more weight loss. Once you’re meeting your needs, excess protein is still extra energy.
Think quality + balance. Include a good source of protein at your meals, alongside your veggies, fruit, wholegrain carbs and healthy fats.
It’s not about eating MORE protein. It’s about eating ENOUGH protein and getting the balance right. 🤍
