Warts are small, rough growths on the skin caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). On the feet, they are commonly known as plantar warts and can appear as flat, hard patches on the soles.
Symptoms of warts include:
πΉ Small, fleshy, or rough growths on the foot.
πΉ Pain or tenderness when applying pressure, especially when squeezed from the sides.
πΉ Black pinpoint dots (clotted blood vessels).
