Restore and Rebalance Where wellness meets balance Hi, I’m Alanna Silato, founder of Restore and Rebalance.

I am a practitioner in Kinesiology, Access Consciousness, Reiki, Chakra balancing and RTT hypnotherapy. My own life-changing experience with Kinesiology over 10 years ago inspired me to help others find balance and reconnect with themselves. I support people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or disconnected. Using energy healing, I help uncover and release

the underlying stress and energetic imbalances that may be contributing to these challenges, creating space for greater calm, clarity, balance, and vitality. My mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where you can restore your wellbeing, reconnect with your authentic self, and move forward with greater confidence and ease.
