Big news for families! 📢✨

The Australian Government has introduced new Medicare-rebated speech pathology sessions to help children and young people access support earlier and more easily. 🗣️👶👧

If your child has stuttering or speech sound difficulties (like trouble saying certain sounds clearly), they may now be eligible for Medicare rebates for assessment and therapy sessions. 🎯📚

This means families may be able to access:
🔹 Up to 8 assessment sessions
🔹 Up to 20 therapy sessions

All with a referral from a GP, paediatrician, or specialist. 🩺📄

Early support can make a huge difference in a child’s confidence, communication, and participation at home, school, and with friends. 💬💡💛

If you’re unsure whether your child might benefit from speech therapy, our team is always happy to help guide you through the next steps. 🤝🌱
