Our Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are a gentle, supportive space for new mums to move, breathe, connect, and simply arrive exactly as they are. Whether you’re feeling energised, emotional, exhausted, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here at 432.
Designed for mums with babies (from 6 weeks to crawling), these classes offer a nurturing way to support your postpartum recovery while enjoying precious time with your little one. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, baby massage, and playful interaction, you’ll strengthen your body, calm your nervous system, and connect with a community of mothers who understand this season of life.
More than just a yoga class, this is a space to meet other mums, share stories, laugh, feed, settle, cuddle, and feel supported.
What to Expect
• Gentle postnatal yoga to support core and pelvic floor recovery
• Movement to ease tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back and body
• Breathwork and relaxation techniques to help manage fatigue and emotions
• Baby massage and calming techniques for unsettled periods
• Playful movement and interaction with your baby
What to Bring
• A blanket for your baby to lay on
• Toys for your baby
• Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are all supplied
