You’ll never guess what is in this…

If you’re not a fan on eating straight up yoghurt or munching on apples but you still want the amazing benefits of both (or you’re like me and enjoy dessert) then you NEED to try this!

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 3 medium apples cut up
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Cinnamon to taste
- 3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1.5 cups or 350g high protein greek yoghurt for the base
- Topping: 150g applesauce (or half jar) with 3/4 cup high protein yoghurt for the top

Method:
1. Blitz everything (except the ingredients for the topping and the cornstarch).
2. Add the cornstarch and bake on 180 50-60 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
3. Allow to cool and then mix the remaining yoghurt and applesauce and pour over. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!

🛒 BUY OR BYE? Dip edition 🥒

Reaching for French onion dip or hummus out of habit? Swap it for tzatziki if you're looking for a lower calorie option 👀

For a quarter of the tub, tzatziki comes in at under 50 calories — a much lighter option if you're watching your intake but still want something creamy to dunk your veggies or seeded crackers in.

Verdict: BUY ✅
