✨ Specialized & tailored Early Intervention
📍 Ryde, Sydney

Specialising in ABA therapy:
We specialise in the use of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and related developmental disorders. ABAlink also provides respite care where our highly trusted therapists or ‘Super Sitters’ help out when your family needs it most. A brief history:
Founded in 2007 by Christina Campbell, the genesis of ABAlink came from Christina’s personal

experience. With her son, Logan, diagnosed with autism at age two and a half years, she navigated the labyrinth of autism services, for her autistic son. Early intervention is key:
Early in the journey, Christina formed the firm belief that ABA therapy offers the greatest opportunities for life-changing impact. She also came to understand how early diagnosis and intervention really matters creating a strong foundations for future learning. Personal experience:
Realising that parents could benefit from her experience, she set up ABAlink to offer parents an early intervention service and ready access to ABA therapists and later ABA therapy for their children. Services for youngsters and older children:
Now, in its 15th year, ABAlink is still independently owned and operated, and helping more families than ever. All while offering a truly personal touch. We offer distinct services for children aged 2-6 years, and older children aged 7-17 years. Highly trained therapists:
Our highly trained ABAlink therapists are dedicated to bringing out the full potential of your child. They focus on providing the skills, teaching environments and learning opportunities necessary to improve the quality of life for children with autism and their families.

🤔 What does an Occupational Therapist actually do?

Occupational Therapy helps children develop the everyday skills they need to participate confidently at home, school, and in the community.

That might include learning how to:
✨ Get dressed
✏️ Hold a pencil and develop handwriting skills
🍴 Use cutlery during mealtimes
🧩 Improve fine and gross motor skills
🧠 Develop emotional regulation strategies
🌈 Understand and manage sensory needs
🏃 Build balance, coordination, and body awareness
🏫 Participate more confidently at daycare or school
🤝 Build independence during everyday routines

If any of these daily activities are challenging, an Occupational Therapist can help. OT looks different for every child because every child has unique strengths, challenges, and goals. If you’ve ever wondered whether Occupational Therapy could benefit your child, we’re always happy to have a chat! 💙 🧩

At Links to Life Early Intervention Services, our Behaviour Support Plans are designed to do more than manage behaviours of concern. They focus on understanding why behaviours are happening, and building the skills children need to communicate, regulate and participate more confidently in everyday life.

Our approach is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) an evidence-based framework that looks beyond the behaviour to identify unmet needs, reduce stress, and create meaningful, lasting change.

We support children and young people who may be experiencing challenges such as:

🌱 emotional regulation and meltdowns

🧩 difficulty with routines or transitions

🌱 social and communication challenges

🧩 behaviours that impact safety or participation

Every Behaviour Support Plan is individualised and built through a comprehensive assessment process, ensuring strategies are practical, respectful and aligned with your child’s environment, at home, school and in the community.

Links to Life believes it is important to work alongside families, educators and support teams implement plans in real-life settings, helping skills generalise and progress to be sustained over time. For families, this means greater clarity, consistency and confidence. For support coordinators and referrers, it means plans that are not only clinically sound but actionable.

If you’re looking for behaviour support that is practical, collaborative and focused on improving quality of life, we’d love to hear from you.
