There is a lot of noise out there about supplements for brain health but they tend to ignore the one area that has consistently been shown to make a real difference. Eating real food and keeping your blood sugar stable not only makes it easier to support your brain health but minimises your risk for other diseases like Type 2 diabetes.

My free download provides an easy one week meal plan as well as a guide to seeing how to support your brain health easily with real food.

The brain’s capacity for thinking, memory, and learning is strongly tied to glucose levels and how well it uses this energy source.

This was one of the lovely testimonials that was shared with me after the last group finished Homeopathy in Clinical Practice. Studying Homeopathy is often a lengthy process however the most useful classes I did or courses I have done were the ones where I ended up with a small and consistently reliable group of remedies for a particular condition.

See the link below for more information on the 14 weeks of on demand and live content.

This was super simple and used up a few leftovers.
Start by steaming any greens in chicken broth, add cumin and a little pepper sliced lamb and warm through.
It was delicious and took ten minutes!

Is Homeopathy in Clinical Practice right for me ? Well that's a big maybe. Why? Well this course was designed specifically for Naturopaths who had done some basic study as well as Kinesiologists who use some homeopathy in practice. However I have had a number of homeopathic enthusiasts complete the program and they still found it invaluable.

Unsure just message me and we will sort it out!
