Chair Yoga for Seniors

Chair Yoga for Seniors Chair Yoga takes traditional yoga poses and adapts them for the chair. There is no getting on the floor. Each week, I post a new chair yoga pose.

I take students through exercises such as sun salutations and downward dogs, all from a seated position.
