Your shoulders do so much more than just help you lift and carry. 💪
They connect your arms, neck, upper back, and chest, making them one of the most important links in your upper body. When your shoulders aren’t moving well, it can contribute to neck pain, headaches, reduced mobility, and even discomfort further down your back.
If you spend long hours at a desk, take a movement break every 30–60 minutes. Roll your shoulders, gently stretch your chest, and stand up for a minute. Small habits can make a big difference in reducing stiffness and keeping your upper body feeling its best.
Your body works hard for you, give it the care it deserves.
