Building Sista of Soul together has been one of life’s greatest gifts, and we wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else.

Our Childbirth Education classes are 95% Evidence based & 5% “woo woo”.

In our fast paced life, we rarely take time To sit. To honour. To be thankful. To connect.

Our couples light a candle in honor of their pregnancy journey & for the new life they are creating.

They place a personal & special item in the circle to symbolize their baby.
