🔵 Some days are long, some days are fast and some days are fun!

⚪️ Today we celebrated World Doctor Day, an excuse for some fun clothes, a shared morning tea and a chance to celebrate the work we do in General Practice.

🟢 General Practitioners are more than just doctors, they are lifelong partners in your health, they are advocates, service navigators and treat more than just your symptoms, they treat the whole person.

None of their work is possible without an amazing support team and we think ours is the best!

We are fortunate to have a plethora of talented people at Inglis Medical Centre.

❤️ Receptionists are the engine room, the heartbeat of our practice.

🩻 Our Nursing team are compassionate, caring and strong, the clinics backbone.

🧁 We have an Allied Health team, visiting specialists and a mental health hub that really are the icing on the cake!

We love what we do and we love where we work.

Heart health checks are free - all year round, not just this week but this week gives us a chance to remind you all about it!

There is a lot more to heart health than a short appointment with your Nurse and GP but it certainly opens the door for healthy conversations around your heart!

Dr Faridah is an experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years of caring for patients across a wide range of healthcare settings.
