This immersive evening invites you to turn inward, to listen deeply and reconnect with yourself. A moment to pause within the rhythm of life, where intention can be set and what is ready to emerge can gently come into view.

Through sound, vibration and guided awareness, the body and mind are supported into a deeply restorative and meditative state.

The New Moon in Virgo invites us to organize our lives in a way that supports our health, explore new ways of moving through life and bring more mindfulness to everyday moments. It is a reminder that small adjustments have meaningful consequences over time, change can be gradual.

Our Saturday afternoon Sound Session is an invitation for women to gather in sacred circle and reconnect with one of their most powerful gifts — the authentic expression of their voice. Through gentle breathwork, sound, toning, movement and deep listening, we explore the connection between womb, heart and throat, awakening the natural resonance that lives within every woman.

Held within the nurturing energy of sisterhood, this sacred sound healing journey offers space to soften, release, express and return home to yourself.

Join us for a sacred afternoon of feminine resonance, sound healing and embodied voice. This gentle and nurturing circle offers women an opportunity to reconnect with the wisdom of their natural voice through breath, toning, humming, movement and immersive sound healing.
