Dusted off some old photos of an ocean swim challenge I did way back in Noosa. How hard could it be after a good 30 years of lapping a swimming pool. How wrong I was, couldn't breathe for about a week as my ribs were so sore. I did have the option to ask for help though me being the determined beast that I am crossed the finish line with my dad cheering me on! I think my point here is don't be afraid to ask for help 😁🙌
