The Diverted Delivery 🚗
It started with a phone call.
"I ordered a fast delivery, but it hasn't arrived. I'd come and collect it myself... but I'm just too unwell."
Sinusitis had really knocked her around, and her antibiotics couldn't wait.
After a little investigating, we discovered the delivery had accidentally been sent to another store.
No problem.
We organised everything, delivered her medication, and made sure she could start treatment that day.
When we arrived at her door, she handed us a beautiful candle as a thank you.
We told her she didn't need to do that.
She smiled and insisted.
Moments like these remind us that community pharmacy isn't just about dispensing medicines.
It's about solving problems, showing up when people need you, and looking after each other.
Sometimes the fastest way to solve a problem isn't finding out who's responsible. It's asking, "How can we help?"
